      Hi Shiv ...yes you are correct i think there was mistake while i uploaded...yes the ans is B .All mos and Cmos require grounding straps because if it is not there it will damage the IC.

      As we can see initially switch S1 is open and S2 is closed , so capacitor 10uF will start charging and it will charge upto 5V. Once S2 is open and S1 is cloased , just analyse the ckt as 10 v and rathe r than capacitor assume as 5 V battey and apply superpoistion therorem ( or any other ) to find the current across R1.
